Timothy Jones, the developer of Riverstone, will discuss the challenges of developing a large master planned community from an environmental, land use, and permitting perspective.

Mr. Jones founded Central California Development Group LLC in 2007 and Valley Development Company LLC in 2010. Both are multipurpose entities developing residential, commercial, and agricultural properties in the Central Valley of California.

As an attorney, Mr. Jones focuses his law practice on civil litigation with a strong emphasis on real estate litigation, construction litigation, environmental litigation, and land use.
