2017 Advanced CEQA Workshop

AEP is pleased to announce the upcoming 2017 Advanced CEQA Workshops to be held across the State in late February and early March. This workshop is designed to help consultants, regulators, applicants, and industry professionals stay current on legal trend, and “hot topics” affecting the application of the Law and Guidelines. The workshop is approved each year for AICP and MCLE credits.

Topics will include:

• Case Law – Important CEQA legal decisions from 2016 will be discussed
• Legislation/Guidelines Update
• CEQA Streamlining (including subsequent environmental review)Energy Impact Analysis
• Greenhouse Gas Impacts (including post-2020 considerations and what project managers should know)

Registration will start at 8:30 am and the workshop will start at 9:00 am.

Registration is limited on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pre-registration is on-line only; fees must be paid in advance either by credit/debit card or check. Purchase orders are not accepted. On-site registrations may be accepted if space is available. Fees include registration materials, handouts, continental breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks.
