Legal and Legislative Update Workshop
The Winter 2011 Workshop will focus on legal and legislative updates from the past year. The workshop will be eligible for MCLE and AICP-CM credits (pending).
The workshop will provide a summary of 2010 CEQA court decisions and cases, an update of recent legislation, and practical applications of new laws. We will briefly summarize this information and provide you with a compendium of information in CD format for your use.
Registration is limited on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pre-registration is on-line only; fees must be paid in advance either by credit/debit card or check. Purchase orders are not accepted. On-site registrations may be accepted if space is available. Fees include registration materials and handouts.
