How can a growing community feasibly reduce greenhouse gas emissions consistent with AB 32? Rincon Consultants will present a new methodology, that has received support from the California Attorney General's Office, that provides flexibility to local governments that are planning to accommodate a larger share of the statewide population.
This presentation will be held at Fugazzis California Bistro at 127 W. Main Street in Visalia. Dinner is included. Cost is free to members and $20 for non-members.
