To sponsor the conference click register and fill out the registration form. A code will be sent to you to register for the conference if you have selected a level that includes free registration.

The advertisements and logos will be printed in color. The 1/2 page ad can be vertical or horizontal. The printed size for the 1/2 page ad will be approximately 4 1/2" high by 6 3/4" wide or 9 1/4" by 3 3/8". The 1/4 page ad will be approximately 4 1/2" high by 3 3/8" wide.
